A once in a lifetime opportunity for an organised, on it and up for it Junior Partnership & Event Manager to join the fastest growing force in motorsport and memorabilia.
With new partners joining the roster at TMG, we need someone who can hit the ground running with partnership management as well as event experience in their armoury.
Taking the F1 Authentics product portfolio on the road, you will be a key part of the team bringing the ultimate in F1 memorabilia to the Paddock Club VIP area at 22 Grands Prix over the season.
Your job will require you to be able to work as part of a team, installing our showcase stand, helping manage sales to an international VIP audience, build relationships with our key customers and spot the opportunity to build sales.
You will work with the internal team to identify product mix to take to races, manage third party stakeholders (for example our freight partner) and look to maximise the opportunities onsite at races.

With the partnership portfolio internally expanding, we are looking for someone to split their time between Paddock Club management and our licensors. We have licenses with most of the F1 grid and we are expanding into boxing, MMA, Formula E and Moto GP. We are looking for someone who is flexible and adaptable to pick up new licencing agreements as they are confirmed and want to really make them their own.
Key Priorities and Responsibilities
1. Partnership Management
Manage and execute license agreements with the main stakeholders, teams, manufacturers and drivers within the relevant sports
Ensure contractual obligations within the partner are followed from both sides – this includes contractual product obligations as well as social, content and digital opportunities
Create and develop long term relationships with key client stakeholders
Maximising the marketing support available to us from the partners, with commercial success front of mind and seek out additional activation opportunities
Continuous exploration of commercial opportunities with the partners, to leverage and maximise the partnership
Promote and maintain a positive and dynamic image for

2. Paddock Club Boutique
Partly responsible for the delivery of agreed race and annual sales targets within the F1 Club Boutique as well as through partnerships
Responsible for the setup and running of the boutique at all present F1 races
Drive traffic and customers to online channels if immediate sale a
no-go (long term customer relationships the aim)
Logistics and Third-Party Partners
Manage the setup of the boutique in collaboration with all functions. This includes team members, RPM (freight provider), Do & Co., and any other relevant partners (internal and external) such as guest artists (ie Paul Oz)
Working with design to ensure the boutique is properly represented and responsible for implementing any changes required throughout the year
Product and Stock
Have a full understanding of costs, prices, royalties and profit margins for all items, with the aim of driving profit
Manage the product mix with the Partnerships team, ensuring each F1 team is represented at each race, and a full, considered stock plan is delivered and executed for the season to bring optimum sales.
Work with the Stores and Despatch teams for efficient execution of plan, to keep costs down
Working with new partners to ensure stock is delivered in a timely manner ensuring contract obligations are met
Budget and Travel Management
Responsible for the planning of staff travel inline with budgets set
at the beginning of the season with senior management
Managing Paddock Club spend to ensure we stay under budget for the season
Delivering a profitable Paddock Club operation by the end of 2021
Working with Sara (travel partner) to plan full season’s travel for
Weekly presence in the Memento office (3+ days per week) –
own travel must be arranged
Ability to drive your own business segment in a pro-active fashion
and deliver results
Ability to work with clients on an international level, considering cultural differences and time zones
Understanding of F1, the global marketplace and business practices
Deep understanding of all associated costs/logistics and functions involved in running the F1 Club Boutique
Available for International travel (likely to attend six to ten F1 races per season)
A highly motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving environment
Ability to communicate with high-net-worth individuals on an international level, considering cultural differences and time zones
Strong communication and inter-personal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
