Our Team is growing and we are looking for composites build technicians within The Memento group reporting to the Head
of Manufacturing. The successful candidate will be responsible with a proven competence in manufacturing techniques of composite materials where by your main duties will be to Laminate & Assemble Composite’s components, in addition you will be required to mechanically assemble and set up the race cars to the
Key Accountabilities & Duties include:
Support Build manager in their roles whilst managing and maintaining efficiencies in their working hours.
Responsible for maintaining highest standards of Composite Laminating & assembly of composite Components.
Day to day running and identifying potential problems in manufacturing of components to maximise performance and efficiencies.
Identifying areas for improvements in the manufacturing facilities whilst working safely to the latest health and safety requirements.
The successful candidate will need a proven competence of Composites materials and manufacturing processes, Flexibility in working hours aligned to The Memento Groups behaviours with the ability to work alone under pressure to meet the demand of the business throughput.
The candidate will need to communicate effectively with production and managerial staff along with behaviours to be self-motivated and disciplined in their approach in the excelling environment.
