We’re looking for a talented Brand Manager to lead our global digital TMG brands communication, campaign, and social strategies.
Contribute to and lead the TMG digital brand communication strategy and execute campaigns with perfection
Attend and contribute to relevant digital brand team meetings and business planning process.
Develop retail ready plans to deliver channel growth across e-comms and social
Drive brand awareness and engagement by delivering the right message to the right audiences through e-comm’s and social platforms.
Build and support the creation of innovative and effective campaigns to grow e-commerce sales & market share
Work with licence partners, affiliate, influencer and media partners to implement optimisations to digital campaigns
Work closely with the wider digital marketing and e-commerce team to implement commercial campaigns to drive profitability
Lead agency relationships and ensure work is delivered on time and within budget.
Report and monitor campaign performance, ROI, LTV, and other KPI channel metrics.
Always building further understanding of our customer to identify opportunities and risks, turning this knowledge into actionable insights to drive conversion through the sales funnel
Championing content creation across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter,Youtube, TikTok, and Pinterest with a view to increasing brand awareness, driving engagement and traffic to the website
Have experience of utilising social listening tools to gain consumer insights, target influencers, and influence the social strategy with the social team.
To identify and connect with our customers where they are in meaningful ways to increase visits and average order value.
Compile monthly, quarterly, and yearly analytical reports for senior leadership, with clear actionable takeaways & recommendations for growth
We’d like to meet someone with
In-depth understanding e-commerce, customer, and international marketplace dynamics to drive digital brand development and revenue of key categories and new brands
Understanding of digital brand strategies and digital brand building tactics to lead development of campaign planning and execution
Advanced knowledge of key social media platforms (particularly targeted posts and building audiences)
3 to 5 years of experience working in Brand DigitalMarketing, PR, social media and Briefing Content Creation to team’s or agencies.
Evidence of achieving significant follower growth, increased engagement, building and nurturing online communities
Good understanding of brand identity, IP and tone of voice
Experience of increasing organic and paid reach in marketing campaigns to optimise conversion
Knows how to target audiences and devise digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
Willing to travel to coordinate partner content creation and to appear in digital content if required.
